I always think it is sad when a little local garage does something like this regarding the Managers response, do they not understand that they are going to lose customers because of their response. OK , I understand that the customer is not always right, but their is a correct way to resolve a problem like this and build good customer relations.

exactly, and I wasn't ringing him up to have a go at him either, i thought he should know, especially since he had already looked for the clicking and thought it was the drivers front wheel
