Does anyone know who would do a rear crossmember change on my 1990 classic cheaply and well?

I know paddoacks do the part for about £50 but I have just finished making and fitting a new boot floor and patching up the rear arches and I cannot face crawling around under there anymore.

Somewhere in Hampshire would be best but I dont mind having a day out somewhere if it its cheap enough.
