Probably been asked before, but.. what black is best to use on a 1993 lwb range rovers bumpers? Matt black? Flat black? How can I best achieve the original look?

i usually use the yellow body putty primer to take out any imperfections after rubbing down,, then red oxide to kill the yellow., then as said satin black.
or you can use for a really great finish, matt black, followed by a clear satin laquer. i have done this and the result is really effective to a new bumper.
