I think you will find very different opinions on this.Personally i wouldn't put underseal on any chassis as when (not if) the water gets behind it it will start to rot without you knowing about it. i would sandblast it then paint it with a 2k epoxy primer then a 2k top coat then waxoyl the inside.This is just my opinion and has worked for me over the years.

I did my last chassis with dinitrol, there ain't nothing getting behind that, I couldn't believe how well it stuck, much better than waxoil
Luckily we had a period when it didn't rain for a week so I knew it was dry when I did it but still gave the nooks and crannies a squirt with an airline first

Another vote for dinitrol for me, great stuff. If you decide to go down this route I made a thread on what I did somewhere

Dinitrol or underbody sealant on the outside, wax oyl isn't a direct to metal preventative, use it after sealing it if you must. Did mine 7 years ago with underbody sealant and it's just showing signs of needing done (I don't clean under it, tut tut)

I got mine shotblasted when I rebuilt it. Fixed all the rusty spots. Then lots of layers of primer and paint

Clean and degrease chassis, paint with industrial polymer floor paint, excellent stuff, abrasion resistant, chemical resistant, tastes bad and is painful in the eyes, but I am really impressed by floor paint more than that expensive POR15 stuff. Tried it with primer first, then I found it etches onto the bare metal chassis without primer. It has sort of slight plasticy/rubbery finish, only used it as I had 20 litres kicking about.

On the important issue of washing your bottom, I did see a farmer who had installed a set of water jets in a corner of his yard. Drove his 'fender over them, turned on a tap (timed shut off, I think) went and had a coffee and the job was done.
Used it everytime he went in a field or on gritted road - so easy that it always got done.

In Australia I saw a number of chassis wash stations - basically the same idea bt really powerful. They were all by beach access roads as some of the beaches can be driven on (up brisbane way)
I thought they were a great idea!
