Applying a bit of rustproofing to my chassis today and stuck my finger through a bit of the bulkhead outrigger. Patched it about 18 months ago and it had been patched in the past so going to stick a new one on this time.

Can anyone tell me if there is a panel available to replace the top triangle bit between the outrigger, the chassis and the radius arm tie. Radius arm is STC8695 and outrigger is STC8354. Am i just miss visualizing it and it's included or is there a separate piece needed? There was metal below the bit circled and the radius arm, apologies for the poor photo only had my phone with no flash..

It's a 2000 TD5 if it makes a difference.

Try patching it with some roses tin.

make one, 3mm plate cut with grinder is all you need

Will do if need be, was hoping there might be an off the shelf solution i could get delivered mostly out of laziness... and I don't have any 3mm plate left. Only transport is a sv650 so would save me having to borrow a car.

A tratter painted to look like a roses tin is a good idea.
