Hi All,
I have a 2002 freelander 1.8 petrol k series, i think the head gasket has gone, i have used steel seal for the time being and it seems to be running ok, but my question is " Is it possible to change the engine with a TD4, and apart from the engine and gearbox, what else would i need to do this conversion?", you will probably wonder why i want to do this on such an old land rover, but the body on the vehicle is immaculate, and as i only paid a small amount for the car i am reluctant to buy another one, if not needed. I apologise if this has been asked in other threads.
