ive done a search but cant find anything so here goes

my passenger side door will lock but wont unlock with the fob/key i havent had the door card off to have a look yet but mabe someone has had this problem before and a fix ?

cheers for that mate ive had a look and theres not much on it but to sum it up i would say its fecked
