G gavbriggs Well-Known Member Jul 21, 2009 #4 you can run without cats, just aquire a s/hand exhaust with cats in, preferably good ones, take you knackered cats off. bang them out or cut/weld em out. then keep the spare exhaust in case you fail mot. its unlikely. but make sure its mot'd on lpg!
