bit of a weird question but im ready for the ammusing comments back.

about to fit a 2" kit to my 200tdi disco and 235 85 16 tyres. will i still be good to fit into carparks with a 2m height restriction??......

Could you not have just gotten out the tape measure....

Pull ya visor down and there should be a diagram with ya heights on there, see what it is and add 2"... simples innit

Actually, when you take into account the bigger tyres, you will need to add almost 4"

He could of done what my missus did, wait until the height bar is bouncing off the roof before deciding it won't fit. The dozen or so drivers behind her that then had to reverse to let her back out were not overly impressed. :doh:

done it before in a transit lol but carried on going and just parked on the ground floor was ok.... had about 2 inches to spare

That's in mm though, so, he'd also have to know that 1" = 25.4mm

I did see some one once drive there car including bikes on roof rack on an out door type car park with a barrier, was terribly funny couldn't help myself

My TD5 Disco says its 1.98m on the sun visor. I wouldn't rate your chances

I managed to get all around a multi story car park thinking it was very low and very close.

It wasn't until the next time I tried to park there I realised it was a 2m limit - my disco was definitely over that with big tyres, roof rack etc.

I was lucky
