I'm looking at getting a Hard Top 90, I'm unsure what type to go for, was thinking of a late TD5. The other option that's crossed my mind was to get one built on a galvanised chassis with say a 200 or 300 Tdi. I've got a 200tdi Hard Top 90 which I plan on keeping either way.

Any thought's or suggestions would be much appreciated?

My choice would be go galvanised every thing you end up with the vehicle you want, not the rusting one that came out of the factory.
As it happens this is what I've done but I started with a 1984 110 rather than starting from scratch which would be my choice now.

I love the Td5 but a galv chassis with almost any engine's appealing.

Get a td5 the put it on a galv chassis in a few years
