Hi I'm building up a defender and I'm about to put the body work on, but I'm doing it as and when I can get the panels painted, what I'm wanting to know is , I have the bulkhead on but I only have the front wings and bonnet and windscreen parts painted, so is it easy enough to realign the body for the tub an roof with the front wings fitted? Thanks so much

I left everything semi loose until it lined up correctly. Nothing a ratchet strap and patience cannot solve.

Probably would be best wouldn't it, I have a marslands chassis and its all fully adjustable by the looks of thing, unfortunately it may be a week or so untim I get it sprayed, do you think I could put the front wings on and leave the adjuster bots loose?
My main reason for asking is I don't want to create a lot of work that I didn't need if I had to remove them. I can be on with neaten ing the front of the car then

Thanks all for thoughts

fit rear body ,roof doors etc before front end

Your biggest prob will be getting the roof/windscreen and doors to line up. Once they are sorted the rest is a pi55 easy.
