Having gone through the famous P38 door lock burning out saga I have 2 new locks (for the second time) a new r/f receiver and not much confidence that it won't happen again. Does anyone know if I can somehow break the connection between the door locks and whatever it is that keeps attacking them by removing a fuse or something. Maybe then I could operate the central locking from the door key. No doubt it won't be that simple but maybe someone knows different

If it's the uprated RF unit there "shouldn't" be an issue.
That said, after all the hassle I had with mine, I still disconnected the blue aerial wire .........just in case!

Hassle ??? with a P38??? Naa. Think I might go one better and not lock the doors. Anyone got a crooklock for sale?
