1989 90 Defender has 2cm by 2cm hole right at the bottom of bulkhead, (just under the bottom door hinge) can this be "repaired" or is it just a whole new bulkhead job??

pictures? but at a guess you could weld a patch over it

You can buy replacement legs for the bulkheads

if it's a small hole then patch it.
