i have a p38 2.5dse which is showing the following on start up transmision neutral and it wont drive wont select any gears any ideas on how to reset the gear box ecu ?

i have i was changing fuses because some of them we a bit nasty looking have i done something wrong ?

so how do i go about re setting my gearbox so i can drive it lol

start by changing the fusebox if it looks or smells burnt

have you put a fuse in fuse 11 in the becm fuse box under the drivers seat,if yes take it out,thats for towing only.

yup as gemsdad says fuse in 11 selects transfer neutral.
