Evening all,

I need to replace the seals all round on the old gal, I have read that the bolts should be replaced on the calipers too, is this the normal thing to do ?

I re-used mine and never had any trouble. Been about 2 years

reuse them if heads ok ,thats what most garages and reconditioners do

Yep, fine to use so long as they aren't buggered. Worth Loctite-ing them when they go back in though though

Recently did mine all round - bolts were sound, no sign of stretching or stress, locktite back in. Very good fitting ring spanner do undo the 12point heads (- maybe a little persuasion with soft faced mallet was involved....) Used Zeus pistons and seals btw, things of beauty and just over £100? for the full set I think (but do check the number of correct seals when they arrive.....) - brakes are rather 'improved' now they are centring and pistons retracting..... fab.
