Hey peeps, Im currently looking at buying a 90, I think ive found one and got sent some pics, Anyways the only parts that concern me is some bubbling / oxidisation. Its in a couple of places.

Rear door - not too concerened can change that out,
Lower sill outers ( where rocksliders would go i guess )
Just on the bottom of the B post on the outside.

How could this be treated also what could this lead too???
The rest of it is great little to no rust and its a 300tdi

thats pretty shiit condition for the year,,i would look for a better example or get that one at a bargain price so you can afford to tart it up
 
Hmmm not what i was hoping to hear ( was hoping to hear 'just rub down etch and off you go) Its a couple of miles from the norfolk coast and was used on farm land. how ever i have seen pics of it underneath and and looks the best one ive seen so far, Havent been able to see it in person yet as im working away from home ( about 4hr drive each way :( ) i wont buy till i do look at it thou, its being offered around £3800 with MOT till dec 2011 . To be hounest none will last long as i live 500yards from the north sea

Sooo peeps what the diagnosis for the sills ????

pictures lie you need to see it in the flesh to easy to take photo at the right angle to make things look good.Just look at jordan photo's she looks good in the flesh wat a dog!!!!
 
when i resprayed my landy my back door wasnt as bad as the one yr looking at but we prepped it correctly using ally filler,etch prime,2 pack primer,2 pack paint

3 months later it was back
