yes , with slight mods. you will need to drill holes for the wiper motor and flexi arm/tube thingy , you will also have to cut the tranny tunnel and drill a hole for the main harness. your wipers will need washers as the holes are square but apart from that its a piece of cake.
ive just done my 85 90 and it was pretty simple stuff.
if i can think of anything else il let you know.
i also think i had to drill through the box section and use some threaded bar and nuts to hold the dash on , this was before i heard of riv-nuts.

come to think of it , i think i might have had to make the steering hole a bit bigger.
you can cut the tranny tunnel by using your old diaphram as a template and nuts and bolts to hold it all on , or riv-nuts would probably be a lot better.
the wiper motor will require some long bolts to go through the box section , or riv-nuts again.
id say go for it , you can get one from craddocks for less than 200 quid , just make sure you ask for a 'dash panel assembly' and not a bulkhead , a bulkhead is the thing behind the front seats.

might make it easier if your wings are removed , just for access.
DONT tighten up the steering rod to steering box until you have it all lined up.
lining it up can be a pain in the arse , or so it was for me because i had the steering rod secured as it should be , then i tried to line it up , took me weeks to figure it out.
put the doors on first then make sure they line up correctly with the bullkhead , then move the bulkhead back or forth to line the doors up with the tub , then tighten up the front footwell brackets and outrigger bolts , then the windscreen (dont over tighten the retaining bolts on the windscreen hinges , they are there to secure the windscreen when the roof is off , not to clamp it down) if you over tighten the clamps it will act like a big hinge knocking the bulkhead out of alignment.
then the roof and last the wings. do it in this order.

Yeh TD5 front bulkhead, discussed cutting the transmission hole out and redrilling holes for the lectrics and wiper motor and things.
A few days? Does that include lashings of tea and biscuits? I'm not one for getting all heroic, if somethings worth doing, have a cup of tea and think about it, there's always tomorrow.
