i have got a defender 90 and the bulkhead has been patched with fiberglass and it has rusted round it so what to now if i could get a plate fitted over the vents to cover over them will it pass mot

just mend it properly or you will seriously devalue it

Chop out the rot and weld in the correct repair panels - YRM Metal Solutions or similar
