so i changed them ,went to a local breakers found a 2000 m/year rangie with good seals on . so removed window lower seal ,one small screw and prized it off. next the problem seal , you need to carefully prize off each side followed by the top, be very carefull a bit heavey handed:5bsmash: and you will kink the metal strip within the rubber this is what rusts under the rubber
they are rather a tight fit so i found some fairey liquid soap helps to get them back into place
be extra carefull on the corners as they are rubber only with no metal inside
as you take them off you need to prize them towards the centre of the window as they fit on very much like a door seal u shaped onto a metal lip
picked my set up for a fiver but i think from landrover they are about £35-£40 per side and they are handed
