I've got the tubular type and the bottle is exposed but 2 years in and it's still ok itd be pretty difficult to hit it, I sprayed it black so you can't really notice it
 
I myself haven't warmed to the tubular type yet. Although I did think they do have the advantage of being lighter.
 
When I ordered mine I in fact put an order in for the same one as you want but got sent the wrong one but needed it asap as was going away, but I love the look now even more
 
Still prefer solid to tubular so far!!!! But I suppose I will fix the few niggles before I buy any more off road kit!
 
That does look good! But in my opinion like the one in the picture you have to have the big wheels and the sump guard to do so or it'll look too plain but like I say its personal choice 😄

I always used to as well (hence buying a solid) but I've got to admit I am warming to tubulars. I think I might want one.
 
haha, well I'll give a shout if I do. Won't be for a while yet though, too many blimmin other things to sort out first!
