when driving and braking normaly all is ok,
but under heavy or very heavy braking (the idiot who pulls out on you)
the car pulls sharply to the left.
sometimes you can also get the wheels to lock up and skid..shouldn't ABS stop this???

no fault codes on Hawkeye and no warning lights on.

so i'm thinking it could be a sticking caliper or air in the system.
(what is the best way to bleed the system, normally or with the Hawkeye option) as the garage who changed the ABS unit only bled it manually.

any idea's??

i tryed an allmakes 4x4 kit lasted 3 months best prob change caliper for new one but have a good look first as may only be caliper gluides seized and not the pots

update on fault..

removed and cleaned caliper, found disc not fitted with retaining bolt (will sort tomorrow.)
cleaned caliper and pushed pistons back ,
refitted and tested brakes.. spot on now..

but found the pad on the piston side scored and disc marked, like the pad wasn't pressing on the disc.

do you think it's sorted?
new disc's and pads will be fitted weekend, just to make sure.
