if you can find a Moprod Easyflare they'll be about that money - very simple, easy to use and can be used on the vehicle - don't think they've been made for the last 20 years

what i meant is that there is a limit that an amateur wants to spend on a tool that is rarely used, that doesnt, necessarily, mean they have to compromise on quality - just on life.
i've got a cheap flare tool, I'll gladly lend you it and one of the 220s and let you decide which one you'd prefer - the quality of the flares alone should convince you
hence me offering to do flares for free for people considering buying a cheap tool
