Now that my project is totally in bits I can see the brake pipes that are left and they are just OK.
Going to make new pipes up and because the set up is a Disco / 110 mixture an off the shelf kit won't do.
What is the best kit (not ££££) flaring tool and where to buy? Seen kits on fleabay but don't know which worth buying. Advice or recommendations please.
Will need pipe too.

The professional kit is always best, but expensive for a one-shot job.

Sykes Pickavant is good kit if you can find one at the right price.

I've got a Sykes Pickavant flare master and it's very good with good flares every time, I've tried the cheapo kits off ebay and I have never had much luck with them.
Not cheap but for me it will pay for it's self over the years.
Where are you located? I could make some up for you if local.

Clarke do a flaring kit at a reasonable price available from machine Mart, flares are easy to achieve and seal without issues! Ive had mine 8 years and have made brake pipes for many different Classic cars.

I cheated and bought an Automec ready made kit. Copper/Nickel or cunifer as Aaron said. Not cheap, but probably saves a lot of work for a one off rebuild. Everything is well labelled as to what goes where.
