Hi gotta 96 300tdi me n me mate are doin the discs and pads (hes doin it really cause im not much good lol) discs on fine but he cant get the pistons in the caliper to go right back in, any tips to sort this please

i did mine by taking the cap off the brake fluid reservoir then used a G-clamp to wind the pistons back in

Corrosion on the piston will stop the piston returning, but you can also undo the bleed nipple, make sure u have a jar ready to collect the fluid

Dont forget that the calipers on Discos are prone to wearing, such that the pads can slide thru the caliper up to the hub .
