I've decided to buy a sykes pickavant flaring tool but I need to know what size dies I need for it.
Does anyone know?
Also, what size pipe do I need to use and could anyone suggest a good supplier.

You need 3/16 dies and 3/16 pipe. I would get kunifer if you can.

I bought mine of ebay as I couldn't be arsed to walk to the local parts supplier.

Aaron, how much pipe did you find you needed? And should the male/female bits be metric or imperial and again, how many did you need?

As a simple rule of thumb, you put a union on each end of each pipe. Look at the pipes you wish to replace and you should see which ends you need.

Rule of Thumb lol... oh no sexism strikes landyzone lol ...

as for brake pipes ebay as has been said, cunifer is dirt cheap n loads of suppliers do pipe n fittings as a bundle.. always good to have a few spares.... redone all of mine from scratch..

The pipe is always 3/16 its the threaded bits that are different, be careful as 3/8 union will screw into 10mm thread but not vice versa, and will give a potential failure point.
I think my 93 200 90 is imperial if thats any help?
