Just got the brake light switch through from Rimmer Bros to sort my (very) infrequent TC/HDC lights coming on. However, when I compare the switch to the one on RAVE it looks like they have sent me the brake pedal sensor not the switch. Is this what I need or have they got it wrong?

It only cost £6 so I'm not worried about being ripped off - I just don't want to waste my time and effort replacing the wrong bit (I really don't like working in the footwells!!)

According to my circuit diagram there is only one switch on the brake pedal, the brake sense signal is the brake light signal. Connector is C 075 and is a 2 pin connector.

The RAVE CD shows a brake light switch and a brake light sense switch. I have been sent the brake light sense switch. Is this the right one to replace to fix the TC/HDC warning light problem?

Cant find it in my manual.

I've replaced both the brake light switch and the brake sense switch (only a fiver each& next to each other) and the problem is sorted. No more yellow lights - and no more annoyed wife as I don't sit at traffic lights banging the brake pedal to make the yellow lights go out anymore!
