Being a bit mechanically dim can someone please tell me exactly what I need to mount a tyre on my bonnet!! Ive searched the forum but theres no definitive answer. I dont want to buy the whole kit as I think Ive got most of it!! Help!

the upright pin you have is for locking the tyre on, can't remember what goes on that.

but you need the two big bolts and lugs which go in the two screw in holes you have in your bonnet, these hold the tyre on.

haven't got a pic of it i am afraid.

just having the bolts and lugs will hold the typre in place, the earlier mountings didn't have the locking pin.

Sorted thanks! Bought some heavy duty threaded rod locked it in place with locknuts and cut myself some bar that goes over the rim. Now all I need to do is repair the support rods underneath the bonnet......!!
