a defender i am looking at needs some of the body pannels replaced due to dents and ding in it. how easy is this to do. do they just bolt on or is there any welding involved. aslo where is the best place to go for body pannels?
 
well i would have to get the pannels off inorder to beat them out, in any case that would not give the perferct finish i would be looking for before re-sprae. so i will ask the question again.

before yu get on ya high horse - it might help if you say which body panels in question do you mean?

Some are welded, some bolt on. Occasionally some are pop rivetted or glued on with filler.
There's a precise answer - and it still aint any good to ya. We cant help if you don't give a precise question.

The Wngs Are Type of ally which is dead easy to knock out but if you prefer to spend money when you don't need to i have some noo ones just waiting for the right offer

Cha Ching I know a wing skin is in the region of £90, I'll go with slob knock it out and cover it in hammerite lol
