Hi All I've just bought myself a cheap 300 tdi D1 and want to do my first bobtail but im not sure what the measurement's are could somebody who's done one before please advise me or send me the important bits to or not cut any help is much appreciated TIA

Don't do it, bobtails don't look right!

I've only ever seen 2 in disco form I liked and even then would rather have a full fat disco.

if its done to a high standard I think its ok? at the mow it ticks all the boxes going around in my head and like ive said ive never done a bobtail plenty of 90's/challenge/trail trucks just want a new challenge and if it goes tits up I can break it and easily get my money back and a lot more! so either way im win win

Google images of them and see where most do the cut. Most are behind back wheel. But its you preference really.
