Lads, my blower stopped working recently. Took tue wing top cover off and reached in, turned the blower fan easily. Checked fuse ok, measured 13v at motor supply plug. Manually fed 12v to motor and it works ???

Baffled.

I flooded mine but after liberal doses of wd40 it has worked ever since, over 5yrs now. It could be something has just blown like a soldered joint somewhere inside the motor.

Might have volts, but might have no return ie earth?
Wires on back of dash lever can fall off.

12v is the default speed (2) on the resistor, might be worth checking that out first ...
