well first off only the pass window works
the heater dose not come on at all on any setting
so any info on how to fix would be good thanks
ive got my test booked in a month so need them fixing before then and ive also got to put a new boot floor in lol.
good old landrovers

check voltage to heater switch controller it's usally the 4way switch that's fried itself. that's the problem Tis a bit of a dash out job to get to it all though..

ive got the dash out taken me about 2 hours lol.
so ill get the tester out and have a look at that thanks

My heating stopped working, found that by-passing the relay on the side of the fan blower motor (accessible from passenger footwell, no need to take dash out) solved it - so i now have the heating on a big switch.

Not had chance to investigate further, but, it means i have controllable heating again :)
 
well had a mate round today with a tester and there is no electric going to the heater switches. there is electric going to the fuse so im going to have to download the wiring diagram and trace the wires to see if i can find anything. its doing my head in now:flame2:

or dose anyone have a clew as to anything i should be checking?

try looking for wooden fuses ?

Check Fuse B3 & Fuse A8. if both are ok then it will be relay AC1. this is
the outer red relay in the front passenger footwell.
 
well all sorted now new heater motor, full window mechanism, window lift ecu and new switches. i now have heating and all my windows work. thanks windy1 i owe you one for the parts and thanks everyone that gave me info.:bounce::bounce:
