Being a newbie cant really vouch opinion but as they are very local to me I have looked at them for service etc, they have a very good reputation and were "featured" on Wheeler Dealers on the Defender project for parts.
But if you have had an experience please pass it on it may save one of us some grief.

Astonman - well what can I say? You obviously are upset at something we have or perhaps have not done for you. I could be glib and say we have many happy customers, which although true will not help resolve your situation. I have therefore sent you an email to see what your concerns are and naturally try and resolve them.
