So my dad decided to go any get a new battery for Sandy as he wanted a new bat for one of his cars and decided to get an uprated land rover battery.

Keith Gott said the bracket would need modding for it to fit, no prob i thought

whatever mod you do the batterybracket it wont fit as the way its design - where you need to mod the bracket it would just fall apart.

so i decided to make a new bracket, full steam ahead, bracket made.... went to fit.. i cant fit the quick release connections on as the hight of the bracket i have made is the same hight of the batterys, hopefully this image may help.

The metal i used was 3m U shaped alloy runs.

anyone know where i can get a bracket from or a diffrent way to make one

bolt a metal plate about the same size as the battery to the botom of yer battery box with a webbing strap going under the plate and up the sides. You can the thread a quick release buckle or similar on each end of the strap.

or a bar across the battery from front to rear. Some are like that already.
