Just done the stoooopidest thing and put my front pass headrest on backwards and will it feck come off...Any clues this fine sunday?

we all give advice from experience, dunno if anyone else here has experienced an arse-about-face headrest yet......cept maybe daft, but then he'll ave forgotten about it already....3 second memory ;)
 
only way i can see its gonna come out is with brute force....or you gonna have to pull yer backrest apart. not viable to do that tho timmytim. i dont know rangeys very well so cant give ya much advice mate.
