Having left sunny Lichfield ten weeks ago and moved to London we're finally back on line. Some numpty had cut the line which required the engineer to fix - eight weeks later said person arrived. But it took another two weeks for the provider to sort out the broadband. Anyway orange has not charged me for the duration, in fact they've given me the next three months free!

I didn't realise just how much you rely on the internet for everything.

Missed this place.

BT did that too me once. Because the number in the house I moved into was a business line and I wanted domestic,

9 weeks!

BT are clueless.

They have just charged me £44 for ending a contract early as I moved house, then sent me a cheque for £29 as they felt I was in credit. I have now received another invoice which states I am in credit for £172.04
I have asked them to repay me but I bet they never send that cheque!
