hi guys just after some info. when i press the `on` button on the remote to activate the aux heater the `on` light flashes continuously and the heater doesnt work. has anyone had this problem ? any help is much appreciated. dave

What vehicle (I believe some are canbus some are not) and what heater? Some are easy to reset if locked out, some are not.

hi its a 2011/12 RR l322, i have no idea regarding canbus or heater sorry. hope this info helps. dave

Battery voltage is paramount with Auxiliary diesel heaters otherwise the glow plug won’t reach the correct temperature for a start up,

Flashing light suggests a faulty heater, possibly locked out. When was the burner cleaned out?

Probably locked out, often low volts. Try resetting. It can be quite a faff, try googling the sequence for your model heater. If you have an OBD2 you may be able to reset the codes, the software can be got free but its far from easy to get it all to work..
