Hi all,
Still have the reluctance to rev on wide open throttle in the midrange particularly.
Now, on my last venture across Europe, I did take some readings which I've logged but the three things I noticed are......
1. When the throttle is floored, nanocom only reports throttle position of 71%
2. Even on overrun, it's still showing that the injection time is something like a couple of milliseconds. (can't remember the exact number)
I would have thought that if the throttle position was at zero and the engine revs were significantly above idle speed then the injectors should shut off thus stopping fuel going in.
You can hear the exhaust popping slightly on overrun. Not bad but there's clearly unburnt fuel going down the exhaust.
3. There seems to be some random roughness readings spread across all cylinders but normally only on 2 or 3 at a time.
What I'm looking for is if anyone has the same engine, could you check what readings you get and let me know.
I'd be forever grateful!
Cheers
