anyone with a mig welder willing to do abit welding for me, nothing major. am just outside edinburgh

i can get pictures to give you a better idea, its had a fair bit in the past..

someone has done sills before and left a hole on either side at the bottom of pillar between door and wing.

one of the rear arches isnt to bad but will fail because of seatbelt mount

theres a couple of small holes on each lower corner of boot when open door, i believe that isnt a mot failure so depending on the price :D...

With your first description, I thought you were looking for a quick job, completed in a night, but I'm afraid far too much for me. Couldn't devote the time needed. Sorry:eek:
 
not looking for a coachwork job, a decent job to pass mot and that will last awhile, some grinded down welds aint a problem lol...

id rather a weld wilson

was thinking about buying one and giving it a try, probably dont have enough time to learn before mot in nov

yeah, it doesn't sound a quick job.

buy one, it's not hard to get something good enough to pass an mot. :)
 
Ok am going to give it a bash.. Looking at the sealy mighty mig 100 gassless. It's 100 new, yous reckon it's good enough for the job/to learn with

Don't get a gas less one Get one, that will do both.
 
yep, go with gas and get at least a 130+, used it fine.. as long as it works.

you can get gas from hobbyweld for an alright price

where exactly are you anyway?

ill see what i can pick up, moneys tight, mot time! other half wants to get rid of it...
