There was a Disco blocking a road in Bedfordshire on the BBC 1 news.

This wasn't the guy going past everyone else at 50mph, feeling rather smug with himself, was it?

While we're at it, how would you recover that without risking it rolling over? Would it be done from N/S/F?

I'd recover that from o/s/r - less rotation to recover, less chance of roll, less chance of damage.

Any other thoughts?

Now why didn't I think of that, it would have made waxoyling a whole lot easier.

Agreed, o/s/r. But, give the driver a spade first and tell him to dig out the o/s/f area to make life easier. Not actually necessary but it gives you something to watch whilst you are hooking up the winch.

I was coming down a very steep bank when all of a sudden there was a road at the bottom...............
