well, from the sennybridge end, there are no signs at all but once you pop out from that section onto the heol Senni road, there are the "bike flying over car" signs on that section going back toward sennybridge AND if you follow the road to the next section which goes up the river steps to Coelbren area, there are signs there too.
just found this but it dates to 2010 !!

there's a few of them popping up if its real highways one all i can say is check with your local highsway department to see if its still classed as a unsealed road' as far a i can find out the recent mention of any police operations is a fire further up the a470 end of sarn helen that require'd them to close the road for a few hours.

i know what u mean we've had one or two turn up this end over the past month i,ve checked with highway and rights of way officers & they said same thing illegal but no bugger's took them down yet
