Hi all,

Went on holiday for a couple of weeks. Came back and my battery was dead, got it jumped, but seems when I tried starting it up before hand it had caused electical gremlins to emerge and all sorts of crazy errors came up (no ABS, trac ctrl, air susp, outside temp read -10 etc etc). Unplugged battery to reset and on restart it was all ok after a short drive (as per owner manual).

However, when I stopped again and turned off engine it pinged up with air susp inactive message. Now its not long since I had the susp looked at and it was fine before I went away, so I think it is just an error which needs resetting rather than an actual problem with the susp.

Is there anyone near Colchester on here with a faultmate or some such device who could clear the fault for me? Don't really want to pay a dealer 30-40 quid just to plug in and press reset! I'll happily come to you with bottle of wine for your troubles.

Cheers! V

There is a list on here somewhere of people willing to lend diagnostics, have a search.

Before you go to the expense of a diagnostic, i would make sure the battery is fully charged, A low battery can give you all sorts of issues
