Why is that? Normally the 300TDi is overcooled!
I think he means THE Sahara overheats!!

something as simple as filling and emptying on the same side of rad seems to me to be a weakness of 300 ,nearly all 300 overheating hgfs have had poor rad as cause (and its a good few) whereas 200 with diagonal conventional hoses rarely suffered (basicaly the same engine with the same head gasket )
there was a build thread started here Retro Rides - Sahara Blitz Land Rover kit car-update 25/4/11 last year but it hasn't been updated in a while. I do love the look of them.
yeah - i seen that - seems like it has the good points from both Disco & Defender, without the bad ones .
