I'd give K Seal a try, Ce-Lit works but K Seal is better.

The question is, can you afford to gum up the waterways inside your engine.

I thought I had a good rad too! still might be, I pressured it up again yesterday and it wasn't leaking this time, but got all sorts of issues, the bloody water pump is leaking now (as per the other post) and I had it re-conditioned a couple of months ago
I've used K-Seal on the old rad, it held for a bit..... then dumped me on the a38 with no water and a lot of steam
