Hi all been changing the glow plugs on the FL today and to cut a very long and painful story short I have fu##ed up!!

Not only do I have one electrode (just the electrode no casing or thread) stuck but I have lost one of the small circular orange gaskets which has a metal washer type thing on one side which the bolts go through into the head.

Any one know the part I am on about?

Sorry just to clarify it's the inlet manifold I am talking about.

you are supposed to change them all when you take the inlet off .

Yeah I have the ones for the ports but couldn't find these anywhere so had to go direct to LR.
