just to clear up a few issues here, my vehicle weighs 3.5 tonne it always carries a trailer of upto 1 tonne and is used constantly on and off road. I am a very well trained and experienced off road driver. Please do not think this is a driver related problem, it is a weight problem. I am asking the vehicle to go above and beyond what it was designed to do, to do that i need an above and beyond solution. The TD5 flywheel and clutch sounds like a good mod but im looking for more info on this.
I have to carry this weight it is not an option so im looking for solutions not posts telling me what i already know, that the vehicle is grossly overloaded.
Any help or direction is apreciated

Do you get any clutch judder when taking up drive or holding on the biting point?

no the biting point just gets higher and higher as the clutch wears until you get more revs than drive

The only reason I asked is cos some manufacturers changed the composition of their clutch plates. As you get no judder it doesn't sound like yours is the softer compound.
