i am not sure its a resync you need, as you say you have no codes. if it needs resync you get two codes, p1667 p1672..

oh , bloody thing dont know what to say then it all seems to of been since the battery went down

SYNC MATE sorted it HIGHT 5 !!!!!!!!! please note i had no fault codes come up , theres a company on the net that you can buy one off and if it doesnt work the will refund you minus £25.00 and postage , this is a landrover secret itas comon as muck and if it does it once it will prob do it every couple of months so if you get one and it works keep it in your car , its took me agers to research and chase and i pray this helps you guys
