Check earth to engine and quality of feed. Basically a volt drop test. Batt neg to block with multimeter on volts and get assistant to try crank over. If above .5v you have earth issue. Also do same batt pos to starter main feed if above o.5 v poor feed
 
Think the noise is a relay buzzing as it has a poor supply/earth and if cant fully latch. Easy engine to work on so should find cause in no more than ten mins if it was a job I was attending at work
 
That is either a flat battery or, more likely a poor or missing earth.

Check that your battery is fully charged, and then get down and get dirty and check that all of the earth straps are solid and secure from the battery to the chassis and from the battery to the engine.
