Yup - make sure yu have a good set of allen keys and ratchet ring spanners.

Yup - if its wot i think it is, you lock the ball joint on the drop links with an allen key, when you undo the nuts, otherwise the nuts will just turn the ball joint and not undo.

Only asked cos Im sure the new ones dont have an allen head - better have a look at em

is it as straight forward as it seems ......... or will the anti roll bar go flying off somwhere when I undo the bolts ??

mine didn't - but only do one side at a time. I think I jacked the side up to take pressure off the link - but it was some time ago.
