Hi all, I live in Jersey Channel Islands and have caught the Land Rover bug badly. Started with a Range Rover P38 2.5 turbo diesel so my wife could tow the horses around, once that was a success we replaced that with a L322 model which we still have. My projects of motorcycles were starting to bore me so I went for a Series 3 never having done a car based project I thought a nice easy strip and rebuild would be fun however this has got out of control with a galvanised chassis, parabolic suspension, 200 TDI engine swap, power steering, etc. Then some kind person wrote my VW Van off whilst it was parked and being a little fussy couldn't replace it with the payout so I decided to look around and found a very clean low mileage Disco 3 with a full service history and thought yeah I can live with this. Not bad 48 hours and the first bong from the dash and my adventure starts.
