Could you suggest some insurance companies for me to try? NFU and Footman James and Adrian Flux won't quote as I'm under 21.

you int got a landy to insure!!!
Gonna be the same as all the other answers try the landy mags, footman james, lancaster etc.
Or gladiator are pestering me for a quote but they only do vans.Get yerself a hardtop and it int a problem!
